Kim Jones - CoFounder, Executive Director (she/her)

Kim spent 20 years as a pediatrician in Silicon Valley before being called out of that work into changemaking. She was a Changemaker Fellow in 2018 and is passionate about enabling people to find their abundant, purpose-filled life.

Karen Kehlet - Director of Learning (she/her)

Karen has 34 years of experience as a teacher and teacher educator, with expertise in the field of curriculum and instruction. She was a Changemaker Fellow in 2018 and is thrilled to use her gifts to enable others to be changemakers.

Yvonne Murray - Director of Community Engagement (she/her)

Yvonne left her role as Director of Program Management and Product Operations at Adobe to apply her expertise to The Changemaker Initiative. She was a Changemaker Fellow in 2018 and is an advocate for suicide prevention.

Kathi McShane - CoFounder, Theologian-in-Residence (she/her)

Kathi is a retired United Methodist pastor, having served several churches in the Bay Area of California. She previously acted as Vice President for Institutional Advancement at Pacific School of Religion, after pivoting from her first career in real estate and business law.

Natalia Gabrea - Coach and Facilitator (she/her)

Natalia is a Leadership Coach, Facilitator and Trainer and has worked in for profit and for service organizations. She was a Changemaker Fellow in 2019 and is passionate about creating a world where women and children thrive.

Ty Paxton - Director, Change the Story (he/him)

Ty has 15 years of experience in community, union, and political organizing. He has dedicated his life to social justice on global, national, and local campaigns for nonprofits, legislative projects, and political candidates. Ty is specifically interested in helping Young Activists realize their goals through strategic partnerships with Faith Communities, and lives in New Orleans, Louisiana. 

Marie Wilson - Instructor and Collaborator (she/her)

Marie currently serves as Pastor at Concord United Methodist Church in Concord, California. She was a Changemaker Fellow at the Pacific School of Religion in Berkeley, California in 2014 and is excited about motivating others to be the change they would like to see in the world.

Jeremy Steele - Church & Culture Translator (he/him)

Jeremy is a writer, conspirator, and spiritual entrepreneur who refuses to give up on Christianity even though its adherents make it hard. He currently serves as a Pastor in the Washington, D.C. area.

Lindsey Bell-Kerr - Coach and Instructor (they/them)

Lindsey has worked extensively as an organizer with the immigrant and the unsheltered communities in Sonoma County. In addition, they also are developing an LGBTQAI+ affirming ministry at Sonoma State University. They serve as pastor at Christ Church United Methodist Church in Santa Rosa, California.
