Kim Jones - CoFounder, Executive Director (she/her)

Kim spent 20 years as a pediatrician in Silicon Valley before being called out of that work into changemaking. She was a Changemaker Fellow in 2018 and is passionate about enabling people to find their abundant, purpose-filled life.

Yvonne Murray - Director of Community Engagement (she/her)

Yvonne left her role as Director of Program Management and Product Operations at Adobe to apply her expertise to The Changemaker Initiative. She was a Changemaker Fellow in 2018 and is an advocate for suicide prevention.

New full-time Communications Specialist (she/her)

We are very excited to introduce our new Communications Specialist very soon! This position will enable us to increase the awareness and reach of our changemaker programs across multiple communications platforms.

Karen Kehlet - Program and Curriculum Consultant (she/her)

Karen has 34 years of experience as a teacher and teacher educator, with expertise in the field of curriculum and instruction. She was a Changemaker Fellow in 2018 and is thrilled to use her gifts to enable others to be changemakers.

Rev. Jeremy Steele - Church and Culture Translator (he/him)

Jeremy is a writer, conspirator, and spiritual entrepreneur who refuses to give up on Christianity even though its adherents make it hard. He currently serves as a Pastor in Washington, D.C., where he founded Nooma — a community of agnostics, spiritual nomads, mystics, deconstructed post-Christians, and everything in between. Rev. Evan Blaire Taylor - Coach and Instructor (she/her)

Evan is a bi-vocational Itinerant Elder in the African Methodist Episcopal Church and serves at Metropolitan AME Church in Washington, D.C. as well as the Moravian Church Northern Province. She is equal parts creative & technologist. She catalyzes justice in education, entrepreneurship, and faith communities using equity-centered design thinking and coaching.

Rev. Lindsey Bell-Kerr - Coach and Instructor (they/them)

Lindsey has worked extensively as an organizer with the unsheltered and immigrant communities in Sonoma County. In addition, they are also developing an LGBTQIA+ affirming ministry at Sonoma State University. They currently serve as Pastor at Christ Church United Methodist Church in Santa Rosa, California, and work with the North Bay Organizing Project.

Rev. Kathi McShane - CoFounder, Theologian-in-Residence (she/her)

Kathi is a United Methodist pastor, having served several churches in California. In addition, she is Director of Learning and Innovation for Texas Methodist Foundation / Wesleyan Impact Partners. She previously acted as Vice President for Institutional Advancement at Pacific School of Religion, after pivoting from her first career in real estate and business law.

Dorcas Cheng-Tozun - Special Projects Lead (she/her)

Dorcas is an author and longtime social enterprise/ nonprofit professional. She has worked on affordable housing, youth leadership development, and global energy access in the San Francisco Bay Area, China, and Kenya. Most recently, she served as an instructor of social innovation, leading high school students through design thinking projects to improve their local communities.

Ken Greathouse - Board Member (he/him)

Ken Greathouse is a serial entrepreneur and has co-founded five specialty pharmaceutical companies over the past 20 years. He has also held leadership positions encompassing sales, marketing, and business development. He is currently Chair of Church Council at Los Altos United Methodist Church.

Ronesha Jackson - Coach and Instructor (she/her)

Ronesha is a trainer, facilitator, and coach. A Changemaker Initiative alumna, she brings a warm, equity-centered approach to her work helping mission-driven teams lead with clarity, care, and purpose. She is a member of Central United Methodist Church in Stockton, CA, and is passionate about cultivating leadership that nourishes both people and communities.
