Changemaker Initiative Co-Founder Rev Kathi McShane and Advisor Rabbi Elan Babchuck have teamed up to write a provocative book advocating a new model of leadership. Rather than the historic “pyramidal” structure, what if we embraced one of shared power? Weaving together the biblical narrative of Moses and contemporary examples, they make a compelling case for leaving this old model behind.
